Hello. Some measures you can take at home while working are - 1. Blinking frequently, taking 5 mins rest with your eyes closed every 20 mins of continuous work. 2. You can apply ice packs over closed eyelids for symptomatic relief. 3. Prefer ac over fans if possible. 4. Use side shielded googles while going out specially while driving 2 wheeler. 5. Hello. Based on your description, it looks like the lump is an infected swelling (can be cyst). Your symptoms also are suggestive of acute inflammation. Hot water fomentation helps a lot in such situation. So please do that.
