You should definitely not use cosvate gm cream for face. In long term it causes many side effects if used on facial skin. Kindly consult with dermatologist if you are having rashes. And spread awareness regarding this cream's misuse to your near ones also.

You can apply aloe vera juice/gel from its leaf (fresh, not from readymade gels available in market) on your face. Remove skin of an aloe vera leaf. Take/scoop out gel. Apply this gel to your face skin. Wash with plain water after an hour.

Hi, pls don't use betnovate c since it is a steroid and can cause skin side effects. Treatment of pimples depends on their severity, number, and many other factors. You could apply antibiotic cream or salicylic acid gel like sebonac for a week and see your local doctor for proper assessment.
