Acne is a skin condition that occurs when your hair follicles become plugged with oil and dead skin cells. It causes whiteheads, blackheads or pimples. These factors can trigger or aggravate acne: hormones, certain medications, diet, stress. To prevent pimples, eat fresh fruits, green vegetables, drinking plenty of water should be an essential part of your routine and intake of oily fried foods, an excess of sugar-salt should be avoided. Don't peal pimples, as they tend to leave scars. Stop using soap on face. Instead take a spoon of milk, add a pinch of turmeric (haldi). Mix n apply on face with the help of cotton. Leave for a few minutes then wash off. It’s a good cleanser. If skin is dry then apply moisturizer like coconut oil. For swollen pimples, gently apply ice for a minute or so. Just don't keep the ice on so long that it irritates your skin. Tea tree oil can kill bacteria. Some people use it to treat minor skin irritations, including acne. There isn't much research on how effective it is, but tea tree oil is safe to put directly on your skin in a diluted form. Try it on a small area first to make sure you don't have an allergic reaction. Simple honey mask--before applying this mask, rinse your face with warm water to open up pores. Then apply honey and leave it on the skin for 30 minutes. Rinse the honey off with warm water; then rinse again with cold water to close the pores. Yeast and yogurt mask for oily skin--oily skin is prone to acne, and this home remedy can reduce excess oil and help clear acne. To make the mask, combine 1 teaspoon of brewer's yeast with a little plain yogurt to create a thin mixture. Apply it thoroughly to all the oily areas and leave on for 15 to 20 minutes. Hello, first of all, we should not target fast weight loss. It took time to gain, it will take time to loose. Weight gain can be handled by few major steps: 1. Balanced diet: in a day take 25% cereals (rice/ roti/ idli/poha etc.) + 25% protein rice foods (dairy/ dals/ nuts/ non-veg etc.) + 40% vegetables- prepared and salads + 10% fruits. Make sure to take small and frequent meals. 2. Drink adequate water, keep sipping throughout the day. Drinking 1 glass per hour is not a great idea. 3. Sleep and take meals on proper time. Time plays important role in digestion and absorption of food, even impacts weight through hormonal cycles. 4. Regular activity is a must. Do what ever you like, whenever you have time. Just keep 2 hour gap after breakfast, lunch or dinner. You can play games like badminton, do yoga, dance, walk and jog, join classes like judo karate etc. Anything that suits you. 5. Start small, do not create huge goals from day one, example do 5 min exercise in first week. Make it 10 min next week etc. 6. Work on stress management. Do certain activites which you like. Example listen to music while doing mindless work. This should help, you can also visit our blog url/obesity-scientific-approach/

I understand your concern for your pregnant wife experiencing a cavity and sensitivity issues. However, I cannot prescribe or recommend any medication, including gargle medicines, for pregnant women. This is because the safety of certain medications during pregnancy can vary depending on the trimester and specific concerns. It's crucial to consult a healthcare professional, preferably her obstetrician or a dentist specializing in prenatal care, to determine the best course of action for managing her cavity and sensitivity while ensuring the safety of both her and your unborn child. They can: perform a safe and thorough dental examination to assess the severity of the cavity and sensitivity. Discuss safe treatment options based on the stage of pregnancy and specific needs. This may include temporary fillings, topical pain relievers, or possibly delaying treatment until after childbirth if considered safe. Recommend appropriate oral hygiene practices to manage sensitivity and prevent further dental problems during pregnancy. Remember, early intervention is crucial for dental issues, especially during pregnancy. Addressing cavities promptly can help prevent complications for both mother and baby. In the meantime, here are some general tips that might help your wife manage her discomfort: practice good oral hygiene: brush her teeth twice a day with a soft-bristled brush and fluoride toothpaste. Flossing once a day can also help remove food particles and plaque from between the teeth. Rinse with warm salt water: this can help soothe irritation and promote healing. Apply a cold compress to the outside of her cheek near the painful tooth: this can help reduce swelling and ease discomfort. Avoid irritants: this includes hot, spicy, acidic foods, and sugary drinks. Please encourage your wife to prioritize seeking professional guidance for her dental health as soon as possible. I hope this information is helpful and guides you towards appropriate care for your wife. Please don't hesitate to ask if you have any further questions.
