Hello, masturbation is an unnatural form of sex. It affects the reproductive system as a whole. Since masturbation teaches one to orgasm quickly it later manifest as pe. It happens due to weakening of ejaculation control muscle (pc). About erection, masturbation leads to continuous damage towards the penile musculature. It then leads to improper filling of blood in erectile chambers of penis muscle thus affect erection. Both these issues are completely curable by ayurved.

An injury to the penis caused by vigorous masturbation from a long time or aggressive sexual intercourse or from an accident may cause small tears in the tissue and ruptured blood vessels that bleed internally.
