Have regular meals and keep yourself hydrated. It might seem not important but sometimes being in a rush for deadline will cause you to forget your meals and making you irritated, nervous or anxious. When you feel irritable or anxious, check the time. It might be just your low blood sugar and your body needs to feed. Being dehydrated also can cause migraine. So keep a water bottle by your side and take a sip regularly. It is also a good way to take a break. (See also: Foods for Anxiety and Stress) Distract yourself. If you feel that you do not have enough time to do something that takes up a lot of time, why not take a break and watch a half an hour episode of a comedy show or a funny YouTube clip. It is a break from the anxiety and can help balance your mind out. If you have more time, called up a friend and have a conversation. Being connected will energize you and having a support pillar will be a comfort. Even better, go to gym or have a night out to get it out of your system. Prioritize. It is important to categorize the list of things you need to do. Put the most important task at the top of the list. Make sure you finish doing it. Then as you go along doing the task, you will not be thinking about how to finish all the tasks at one go. You will know that you are finishing your tasks step by step. The feeling of being able to cross out the list does feel extremely satisfying. Be positive. Being anxious is a negative emotion. Do not let the feeling overruled you or you might be in a deeper rut. Just think positively and let yourself immersed in work. Without you knowing, you would have one task down and you can proceed to another one. Be confident. Being uncertain of something causes anxiety. Having the confidence armed with knowledge will help bring certainty and portray a clear picture of the next probable situation. (See here → How to Build Self-Confidence & Improve Self-Esteem : 5 Ways) Keep yourself grounded. Do not try to overwhelm yourself with too much things at a single time. Anxiety is a fear of the future. Try to stay grounded and keep thinking in the present. Do not imagine unnecessary things that might be proven unfounded later. Just pay attention to the presence and what can be done in that time. Take deep breaths. Sometimes when in an anxious situation, you might not be breathing properly or just taking shallow breathing. Take 30 deep-into-belly breaths, you feel that your anxiety dissipate and feel a lot calmer. This is a simple method that can help bring negative emotions such as anger or anxiety. Relax. it is important to be able to find ways to relax. Practice relaxation techniques like meditation or PMR regularly to evoke the relaxation response and reduce anxiety and stress.

Do sports (at home, if you feel more confortable) but 3x 30min/week. Eat more greens, oilseeds, fresh fruits and food rich in magnesium such as: raw spinach, fish, beans, lentils, avocados, brown rice, bananas, figs and chocolate. If you have a pet, cuddle with it more often and take care of it. It will make you shift your focus from anxiety to something else. Try to catch the sun everyday for 10mins. Check your levels of vit D and B12 (adjust with supplements if needed). Yoga, you can find plenty of stuff online. Mindfulness meditation, it’s not hard, stick to it. When you feel anxiety, let it come, don’t fight against it. Take deep breath (inhale for 6 seconds, hold for 2, exhale for 6. Do it again). Just observe how tense and how bad you feel over nothing. Meditation can help to stand back. Sleep enough (7 to 9hours/night). Quit smoking and avoid drinking alcohol. Smile. Smiling, even for nothing, tricks the mind and releases happy hormones. Learn to manage your anxiety, it’s always going to be there because it’s a normal mechanism of protection but don’t let it rule you anymore. You are not alone.

Nightfall is commonly also known as wet dreams. The problem of nightfall is very common among men's in the mid age or adolescent age. The problem of wet dreams is characterized by the unknowingly and involuntarily ejaculation while asleep. Do not be tensed about this issue. It is normal at your age. It is not an illness but a natural phenomenon by which old sperms come out and make space for new sperms. New sperms are produced continuously in our body by pushing away the older ones. Frequent masturbation, watching pornography or such pictures, discussing sex or adult talks makes a person victim of the nightfall. Also, certain medicines or drugs such as sedatives, tranquilizers, and high bp medicines can lead to nocturnal emission. Apart from this the mental state of mind (stress, depression, anxiety etc.) and also no or less physical activity (obesity, long sitting hours, inactivity) of a person accounts for wet dreams. Treatment 1. The best way to stop this is, masturbation. Masturbation is also natural donât think it as otherwise. 2. A proper diet can ensure strength that you might have lost due to nightfall. 3. Practicing yoga and meditation regularly before going to sleep can also help in getting rid of the emissions. Other ways to treat nightfall is using natural or homemade remedies. There are no side effects for such treatment methods. Yogurt - should have at least 2-3 bowls of yogurt a day. Avoid watching porn - too much of porn arouses you sexually. So it is advised not to watch porn. Bathing - it is advice to take bath before you go to bed. It helps you have a sound sleep. A sound sleep is very important for avoiding nightfall. Here are few myths about nightfall that every man should know: 1. Nightfall in men is wrong and abnormal: there is nothing wrong or abnormal about nightfall; it is a normal part of growing up and becomes rarer as a male grows up. Rare nightfall in men is not harmful and one need not feel guilty. Nightfall is just spontaneous tendency to empty the reservoir of sperms in adolescents. 2. Nightfall in men is a sign of illness: this is a myth that most people have; however it is a natural process that occurs in most men unless it occurs very frequently. Nightfall with high frequency can affect the sexual and mental health of the male 3. Nightfall can make you weak: one of the favorite myths about nightfall; actually nightfall occur when there is absence of sex or masturbation to release the sperms and it is a natural way to remove the excess sperms from the testicular sac. However having excessive and frequent nightfall can decrease the immunity of the person. Nightfall in men can lead to reduced sperm count: this applies to only increased and frequent nightfall in men; it is a popular feared myth and nightfall does not reduce sperm count. It is a natural body mechanism to throw out the overflowing content from testicular sac and induce the regular formation of healthy sperms. 4. Nightfall reduces male organ size: one of the popular myths about nightfall; nightfall does not shrink the male organ. The truth is that there is nothing that can increase or decrease the size of the male organ; also sexual health does not depend on the size of the male organ.
