Not all men find it easy to grow a beard. The rate of growth of facial hair mainly depends on your genetics. You can’t change the genetic makeup but certain things can be done to speed up the growth rate to the maximum potential. Coconut oil massage is one of the ways in which you can increase the growth of facial hair. Combine coconut oil with rosemary oil (10 parts coconut oil with 1 part rosemary oil). Apply the mixture to the face with the help of a cotton ball. Rinse with cool water after about 15 minutes. Do these thrice a week for best results. Amla (the indian gooseberry) can stimulate the growth of facial hair. You can use it alone or combine it with mustard leaves. Massage amla oil onto your face and leave it on for about 20 minutes before rinsing it using cold water. Grind a few mustard leaves into a paste and mix it with a few drops of amla oil and use it in the same way. Or you can try this. Mix one teaspoonful of ground cinnamon bark with two teaspoonfuls of lemon juice. Apply the mixture over the face and then rinse with cold water after 20 minutes. Use this remedy about twice a week for good results. Combine eucalyptus oil with any carrier oil (olive oil or sesame oil). Mix the two and massage it onto the facial skin. Leave it on for at least 20 minutes before rinsing with cold water. When skin is moisturized, there is a better environment for facial hair to grow quickly. Moreover, there shouldn’t be oil, dirt and dead skin that hampers your hair follicles to breakthrough. Your facial hair grows much faster when your face is consistently kept clean and moisturised. The two crucial nutrients key to promote healthy, fast hair growth (including facial hair growth) are proteins and saturated fat. Incorporate healthy sources of protein (such as beans and fish) and saturated fat (eggs and animal fat) to promote facial hair growth. Exercising regularly improves blood circulation which is the key to stimulating hair growth. Physical activity aid nutrients reach the hair follicles in your face. Take out 20 minutes for exercise every day as it can make a big difference. You need the balance of vitamins a, c, and e in order to promote facial hair growth. Exercise Regularly Performing anaerobic exercises has a positive effect on your facial and neck skin. Combining anaerobic exercises with strength training exercises has been found to prevent wrinkles and sagging skin. Note that the connective tissue (collagen) underneath the outer layer of your skin decreases as you age, leading to occurrence of wrinkles and sagging skin. By undertaking these exercises, you not only boost the levels of collagen but also strengthen neck muscles, leading to tight skin and prevention of sagging skin. 6. Stop Smoking It is very important to avoid factors that contribute to sagging skin. Smoking in particular introduces into your body harmful chemical, some of which put you at risk of having sagging skin apart from causing other serious diseases. Although you may have to deal with wrinkles in old age, sagging skin is something you should fight at all costs. Hi Lybrate user, I think you are mentioning about Bell's Palsy While performing various facial exercises for Bell’s Palsy, sit in front of the mirror. 1. Eyebrow Exercises Look in the mirror, raise your eyebrows, and hold them in the raised state for 10 -15 seconds. Continue holding your eyebrow in the raised state till the corner of your mouth or cheek begins to move. Wrinkle your forehead. Place your four fingertips on your affected eyebrow, and rub by making a firm stroke with your fingertips up to the hairline. Make a frowning face and try to draw your eyebrows down. 2. Lip Exercises Close and lightly compress both your lips and Then, release them and again lightly compress both the lips. Try to maintain the lip compression till your eyelid begins to move. During this exercise, focus on relaxing the muscles that surround your eyes. Initially, your eye movements might occur. Following this regularly, you will be able to perform these lip movements without involving your eye. 3. Nose Exercises Wrinkle up your nose. Sniffle Have a deep breath through your nostrils and try to flare your nostrils. 4. Eye Exercises Compress your eyes making them narrow as if you are trying to look at the sun. Close your eye gently Look down. Keep your neck straight and without bending it look down, this helps in exercising your eye and eyelids. Place the back of your index finger on your closed eyelid and use the opposite hand along your eyebrow in order to stretch your eyebrow upwards. This exercise helps your affected eyelid to relax and prevent it from becoming too stiff. Gently press your eyelids together. Wink your one eye gently and then the other. Make sure you do not push it. Wide open your eyes without involving the movement of your eyebrow. Stop widening your eyes if you experience any inappropriate muscle movement.

Hi, Age, sun damage, smoking and weight gain will all cause loss of elasticity in your neck as well as facial skin. As you lose weight this “stretched out” skin will start to become apparent. some exercises to do to tighten the area--1. Pout 2. Kiss the sky 3.. Looking straight ahead, place the finger tips at the bottom of the neck and lightly stroke the skin downwards with your head tilted back.4..Bring the head back down to the chest and repeat two more times.5...apply bio- oil
