Protein is not only in eggs. It's in plenty in dals, paneer, milk n milk products, dry fruits, many vegetables like beans etc. For gastritis do this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't overeat 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U can eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc. 4. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, any fresh n seasonal fruit, a cup of curd/milk etc 5. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep. 6. Maintain active life style7. Avoid fast foods, spicy n fried foods, carbonated beverages 8. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. It contains a lot of fiber which will help reduce tendency for constipation 9. Drink lot of water. 10. Everyday preferably sleep on same time 11. Take half cup of cold milk when you feel acidity, it will help. Curd is good for u. 12. If its very severe then elevate your bed raising the head of your bed six to eight inches can help gravity keep gastric acid down in your stomach. This is for long term results but for now to bring your digestive system back on track you need to take medicines. For that I need more details, you can consult me.

You must watch on her blood sugar level by monitoring basic level every completion of3rd month as sometimes high and uncontrolled glucose level may cause vomiting. Secondly patient id not regular on meals and skips time may cause gastritis which may cause vomiting, third, avoid the heavy and big quantity of meals at night and there must be at least 3-4 hours difference between meal and sleep. By making these simple measures you can see the change. For diet chart, I will convey it in next time.

Your bad breath is most likely due to your throat infection. Repeated infection is likely to be due to poor immunity. Poor immunity in turn is due to a variety of reasons. We need to improve your immunity with lifestyle changes, medication and improving oral hygiene. For medication consult online. Almost every person has some degree of bad breath upon waking in the morning (this is called morning breath) and is easily eliminated by brushing the teeth. It is only when bad breath progress after brushing ones teeth that a diagnosis of halitosis can be made. Halitosis is often caused by a mouth or throat infection or in response to a food item in one’s diet. The main food culprit is garlic which can often be easily counteracted by eating parsley. Oral health conditions can also cause bad breath and are responsible for the development of halitosis in 85-90% of bad breath sufferers. Severe diets which restrict carbohydrate intake such as ketogenic diets are also responsible for the development of bad breath. Certain anatomical deviations such as corrugations or striations in the tongue do allow for the accumulation and growth of bacteria in the oral cavity. Certain foods foods such as garlic, onions and spicy foods etc. Cause foul smelling breath after eating them. These foods are absorbed into the bloodstream, transferred into the lungs and become expelled in the air you breathe. Regular eating of such foods is likely to cause halitosis. People who diet are more likely to develop unpleasant breath from infrequent eating. You also get direct expulsion of these gases from your digestive tract. Poor oral health care without proper and regular brushing, flossing and routine examinations by your dentist, food remains in the mouth causing bacteria to multiply and produce toxic waste which in turn causes breath odor. Food stuck on the teeth, gums, and tongue creates an environment where bacteria can feed and multiply. These bacteria release certain chemicals as a by-product which causes damage and decay of the gums and teeth. The chemicals that are released by the bacteria and the resulting decay in the mouth contribute to the bad breath. Improper cleaning of dentures dentures that are not cleaned properly may be collecting bacteria and food particles which cause bad breath. Periodontal disease one of the primary symptoms of periodontal gum disease is foul, odorous breath, and an unpleasant taste in the mouth. This condition requires immediate care by an oral health professional. Dry mouth (xerostomia) this condition is often a large contributor to halitosis. It occurs when the flow of saliva decreases. Saliva is required to cleanse the mouth and remove particles that may cause odor. Xerostomia may be caused by certain medications, a salivary gland disorder, or by continuously breathing through the mouth instead of the nose. Tobacco products not only do tobacco products such as cigarettes, cigars, smokeless tobacco and snuff stain the teeth and put the body at risk for a host of other diseases, they also contribute to bad breath. Tobacco products cause bad breath, stained teeth, reduces one's ability to taste foods and irritates the gum tissue. Tobacco users are more likely to suffer from periodontal disease and are at greater risk for developing oral cancer. Medical condition bad breath may be an indication or symptom of any of the following conditions. However, each individual may experience different symptoms such as: a respiratory infection infection of the nose, windpipe, or lungs chronic bronchitis post nasal drip chronic sinusitis diabetes gastrointestinal disorders liver or kidney disorders severe dieting dieters may develop unpleasant "fruity" breath from keto-acidosis which is due to the breakdown of chemicals during fasting. Restriction of caloric intake leads to hunger which can lead to a dry mouth. Factors that affect the airways and cause bad breath: nasal polyps foreign bodies sinusitis dryness bronchitis pneumonia factors that affect the esophagus and stomach and cause bad breath: gastritis and food reflux (gerd- gastro-esophageal reflux disease) stagnation of food for medication consult online in private.

Hello sir, I am a patient of hypothyroidism and taking tablet thyronorm 150 mcg. Now thyroid function is under control. Recent reports are also ok. Most of the times after eating eggs, chicken and even milk, my stomach gets upset. That causes stomach pain and flu like symptoms within 24 hours and also unusual stools. Sometimes loose and sticky. The problem gets solved after taking 3 to 5 days course of antibiotics. I'm extremely tired of these recurring infections. Please help me.

Mr Ankit, Thanks for the query. I have gone through the details given. You have not mentioned what are the current or recent levels of TSH. that would have given an idea how well hypothyroidism is controlled. Please tell why do you eat mostly eggs and chicken? If the stomach upset is repeatedly occuring then that particular food may not suiting you. Please reduce the intake of those food stuffs. Add more of green leafy vegetables, salads and fruit to diet. Se if that helps. Another aspect looking at your height and weight, with a BMI of 30.65 kgs/Sq meter, you are already in grade 1 obesity. Hence there is a need for weight reduction. Your ideal body weight should be 60 kgs. That means there is an excess of almost 20 kgs. Please take steps to reduce the weight. Thanks.

Yes there is .in Functional medicine which treats the root cause and not the symptoms You mostly have a lifestyle disease which does not need medicines .It can be reversed naturally with lifestyle and diet changes only Medicines will not work for any lifestyle disease. They only put a temporary fix and do not cure permanently. Do not treat the symptom of stomach pain alone You have to treat the root cause for which detailed dietary, lifestyle and environmental history needed Detailed comprehensive lab testing needed which focuses on the whole patient and not on your disease or symptom alone is needed to find the root cause Master health or Full Body checkups done in hospitals and high tech labs are incomplete .They do tests what they want and not what you need .The test are not focused on finding the root cause Both are different and the results are different. That is why your lab results may be normal but you are still abnormal having symptoms and continuing doctor shopping. 1 Do you use dairy products 2 Do you use refined oils for cooking 3 Do you eat gluten 4) Do you eat food outside if you answered yes to any of the 4 then you need a consultation from me for sure if you want to reverse your health issue and prevent new diseases These questions will never be asked by your Dr. because they do not know much about nutrition and they can mislead you. Do not blindly believe your doctors. They may have vested monetary interests Your lifestyle disease does not need any medicines and can be reversed naturally through diet and lifestyle changes only Medicines will not work for any lifestyle disease. They only put a temporary fix and you need a consultation for permanent cure. Send feedback with name and number and take a consultation if you want a natural solution without any medicines and no side effects.
