Ors - electral powder: 1 sachet in 1 litre of normal water - drink 1 glass of water after every loose motion - discard after 24 hours - drink like this for next 4 days. 3. T. Ot oz (ofloxacin - ornidazole) 1-1-1 (three times a day after food) for 3 days - 9 tablets 4. If abdominal pain: t. Cyclopam 1-0-1 (morning and evening after food) * 3 days - 6 tablets. 5. Probiotics - bifilac - 1 sachet in 200 ml water - 2 times a day after food - morning and night. 6. Give bowel rest - don't eat anything today except smashed cooked rice porridge. No egg. No non veg. 7. 2nd day - drink smashed cooked rice porridge + drink pomegranate juice + smashed idli without chutney or sambar. No egg. No non veg. 8. 3rd day to 7th day: normal rice with curd, pomegranate juice, egg, normal unspicy foods. Non veg like curry fish. 9. 7th day onwards. - normal diet. Hope it helps. Take care madam.
