Dear Lybrate user, the alcohol which you consume, the medicines which you are using; the coloured ,preserved food items with disinfectants and pesticides -available in market ; fast ;junk ; high fatty ; non veg food items ; over the counter drugs which you use ---all these are detoxified ; brocken down and filtered out by your liver and kidney - - at your age of mobile the organs were new and doing these hazardous work ----now at your age of 31 --- because of the overload you had given to these organs by the above listed items --- these organs have become weak with loss of lot of hepatic cells in liver and reduction of flitration capacity of kidney. Dear lybrate-user, my first advice is that alcohol is harmful to human body. Though in moderation and occaisional drinking does less harm. However, as you say yourself, it seems you had some excess amount. Please drink a lot of fluids, lemon and related drinks would be useful. Eat healthy and well. If you have headache please take paracetamol 500 mg. I hope this is the first time you are having such excess drinking experience. Hope you would use that as learning.

Noted. Mucain gel three teaspoons without water three hourly know three dose. Than three teaspoons without water four times a day no relationship food. Emset4md to put under toung it dissolves with saliva wait for 30 min nothing by mouth till 30 min, for nausea. Once a day now onwards before party pentocid dsr one in empty stomach yo be taken. Take now even before starting treatment. For headache calpol 650 sos after food. Can be taken there times.

Hi. Gone through your history. your condition is a typical post alcoholic binge episode. I would advice to take plenty of water and fruit juices and be rehydrated properly. Also I think the excess alcohol with voilent recthing and vomiting has caused severe gastritis and thats causing your pain abdomen. So reduce any oily, spicy food for few day. I would adive antacids and a syrup containing sucralfate with oxytocaine, 15 ml three to four times 30 min before food. U can contavt privately if neede. Good day.

Hi, I would advise you to see a neurologist asap. It all might have happened due to the mix effect of alcohol and weed but looking at your past experience with TV I am suggesting you to see a neurologist.
