Hi, this is little elevated. But there could be several causes like dehydration causing it. You should hydrate well for atleast 2-3 days then repeat it. In the meantime also plan for a urine complete examination and ultrasound abdomen and pelvis. Also, do you have any other co morbidities or ny medications that you might be using?

Please avoid fatty and spicy food. Do not eat to a full level. You may be having reflux of acid. Drink cold milk 2-3 sips when ever you get burning sensation in chest. Please also get your spirometery done, as it will rule out airway disease. As far as urine colour is concerned please get your urine examination complete with lft done. It will guide you. You can also get ultrasound whole abdomen done to see for pelvic organs.
