Take warm or hot drinks often – hot tea , hot coffee,hot Soups, hot milk.Avoid Fried/Oily foods like –Samosa, Dosa, Pakora, Papad, Namkeens, Potato Chips , Namkeens . Avoid Hotel Food, Avoid Fast food,Hamburgers, Pizza. This is what happens when you consult many doctors. Both antibiotics are second generation cephalosporins, work towards different bacteria. It is always advisable to take antibiotics which covers most of bacteria which can cause pharyngitis. Kindly take one of the antibiotic. Complete the course. Along with do Betadine mouth wash twice daily for a week.

Dear , if you are taking ciprofloxacin 500 mg then take 1 hour before meals or 2 hours after meals with only water and not with milk for 15 days and check urine again to see pus cells have come down to 5 or less. Medications fine.
