Hello- over-stimulation of the testes through excessive masturbation or ejaculation can lead to enzymatically alternation of steroidogenic enzymes, 3beta-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase (3b-hsd), 17beta-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase (17b-hsd), and 5 alpha-reductase. These enzymes are responsible for the rapid conversion of dhea, dhea-s, androstenedione, and testosterone into dht. It is well known that dht is super androgen that interacts with the androgen receptors on sebaceous glands for developing acne/rashes. Try ayurveda aphrodisiacs and blood purifiers to pacify your issue.

Dear lybrate-user, your problem of consistent acne is because of the excess male hormones called as androgens or testosterone. After puberty, in males the level of androgens will definitely increase. These hormones are secreted continuously and cause excess sebum production. This causes your skin to remain oily for long time and block the small pores on the facial skin. Due to blocked pores and bacteria from the dust cause infection resulting in acne. In some males the acne may be mild and limited to certain area of the face. But in some cases the acne can be wide spread with big lumps with yellow pus (this is called acne vulgaris). If you want a permanent solution to this try and understand why it is happening. If you are exposed to dust, you need to wash your face at least 4 times a day, with a good face wash which can make it dry and clean the area. Plus according to ayurveda, you should avoid consuming rajasik and tamasik food (hot, spicy, pungent and oily food). You should also avoid remaining awake for long time at nights. All these factors aggravate pitta dosha. Hence keep your pitta dosha under control with diet and lifestyle. Also you need to consume ayurvedic herbal preparations which can "purify blood" for an extended period (at least 6 months).

Acne occurs because of some changes in specific glands over your body especially face. It is also aided by certain hormones so it occurs more between 12-20 years of age. But it can persist in 20s too. Most important is to get them treated early so that they don't leave behind scars or pigmented spots on face. My advice to you is to visit a qualified dermatologist near you for proper evaluation and treatment.
