Hello lybrate-user, as I can see that you r already having galll stones, surgery is the only answer (and preferably laparoscopy). No mater whatever medicine you take, for whatever duration; the stones are not going to change neither in number nor in size. So it is better to get it operated by a good surgeon nearby as early as possible even if it is not giving you any discomfort. Because you never know when the pain will occur suddenly; and belief me, the pain is very severe to tolerate. Regarding diet, there is no change in the diet that you are taking normally or by your family members. No changes or any strict diet required after surgery, you will be able to each and every healthy food. Unhealthy food should be avoided by all of us anyways, I hope it to be helpful.

Fatty liver is a spectrum of conditions, treatment depends upon stage. Udca is not a good option, sorbiline is not at all effective. There are better medicines for it like saroglitazar or obeticholic acid. Weight loss of at least 5% is essential for fatty liver. Gall stone treatment: 1. If severe abdominal pain has occured than the treatment is only surgery, removal of gall bladder, lap cholecystectomy. 2. If no pain has ever occured than also surgery is the best treatment. Ursocol 300 mg in gall stones: is an alternative approach to surgery in high risk surgical risk patient with gall bladder pain. So, to summarise, none of the medicines you mentioned are good for fatty liver and gall stones.
