I have patient of complicated fistula treated with modern surgery two times but unsuccessful. A kashar sutra surgeon also show his helpless ness. Is there still possibility of treatment of this patient with kashar sutra.

Sharsutra is a old outdated procedure no literature showing it's superiority. But still old time doctors some ayuvad Dr. and also some quacks using it. It has a high chance of local infection and perineal abscess formation. Also for high and complicated fistula it can't be used. Yes treatment possible most probably some surgery but only after complete assement of fistula type.
