I am having pain in my testis due to varicocele which my doctor said that there is no need of surgery as the grade of varicocele is 1 and he also told me just not try to remember the pain. I want to know whether it is curable my medication or I have to opt for surgery and what will be the cost of surgery? please tell medication or surgery and what will be the cost please?

Your doctor is right, he is a good doctor that's why he did not do surgery, you don't need it, there is no medicine, but wear a well fitting underwear. Unnecessary operation may harm you.
