I am male, 66 years old and having burning, itching, occasional pain sensation on my right chest and straight on my back side. Some object moves at regular intervals of two to three hours on the back side right shoulder. I am a diabetic and taking regular medicines. Please advise me the cause for this sensation and remedies - drugs etc.

You could be having some sort of viral neuralgia like herpes zoster see if you have and any skin lesions like some eruptive vesicles sometimes patients get them later but usually they do not cross the mid line of back or on other side. For further assistance you may have to consult in person. Get your sugars and hba1c done to see the control some times simple pain killers and anti allergic drugs can be started initially.
