Hi! Being obese is the cause of ypur knee pains. The whole body weight falls on knee joints when you r standing. Meet a physiotherapist for strengthening your knee joint and its surrounding muscles. Then start brisk walk daily for atleast 30 mins a day. A physiotherapist would suggest you some weight losing exercises also. Do not go for any crash diet by yourself. Instead meet a dietician for a good planned diet chart.
