Do include 1 glass of milk in your daily schedule. Rinse your hair with water regularly and shampoo it two times only per week. Do not use warm water for washing of hairs, Luke warm will be fine. Eat fresh fruits and dates (khajoors) regularly. Use a combination of castor oil+coconut oil+almond oil (same proportion) for application on roots of hair atleast once a day.
