Dear lybrate-user! It is nice to know you are concerned about your good health. Daily one hour of brisk exercise (jogging or running), avoiding weight gain, and a healthy diet is good enough to prevent diabetes. A good target is as long as you keep fitting in your college jeans. U will never develop diabetes.
