My stomach is getting enlarge. My skin tone is fair but has became dark and having dark circles. I am feeling stressed and not getting enough energy. I am not getting any pain in stomach but feeling heavy stomach. Feeling pain in back top and have headache. Some times feel trouble in breathing. Please assist me what should I do?
