Hai I am arjun age 21, I am suffering from testicle paining from 3 months I consulted 1 urologist and 3 Ms. surgeons for that they advised scrotal support and medicine but they did not cure or solve my problem and pain 15 days back I consulted a good urologist in hyderabad ,he advised scrotal ultrasound the reports are bilateral grade 1 varicocele, he suggested nervemax tab once a day in night for 15 days, after 15 days still pain then do a microsurgical varicocelectomy, how much is cost? Is it better for me, in future is there any side effects or complications I am unmarried, still my testicles paining and little bit scrotum swollen, how can I prepare for surgery, how much cost it is? After surgery how many days for recovery time for normal ?give some precautions before surgery and after surgery? And my question is after surgery the pain will solve or cure permanent ?or after surgery still pain is continue or not?
