hi no first try to change u r eating habits avoid constipation drink plenty of fluids take high fibre diet take more green leafy vegetables avoid spicy food avoid maida and noodles sit in warm water three times a day take syrup lactulose 3tsf thrice a day take isapgol powder 3tsf twice a day with milk. continue this for a month

Respected Ashutosh hi fissure surgery doesn't cure u for lifetime fissure can recurr anytime dear it's just cutting of skin by hard stool which can't be prevented by any means of surgery
