By wat you say it is suggestive of oral submucous fibrosis in which the cheeks become rigid and fibrous, there is limited mouth opening and burning sensations on taking hot and spicy food You should visit a dentist soon, he will diagnose it and start with the treatment As of now qiut the habit, start mouth opening exercise where you keep ice cream sticks in mouth for 10 minster a day and repeat everyday by increasing the no of sticks gradually.
