I have got a thing on my left arm (at wrist) since my childhood. It swells if I apply pressure like blood veins do and then it comes to its normal size. I wonder what it could be?

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. It could be a vascular malformation since you have mentioned it since childhood or could be also something like a ganglion etc, but best way to diagnose is to get a mri scan of the affected part and send reports across to me. Do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance. You can also discuss your case and treatment plans with me in a greater detail in a private consultation.
