Hi, one of my friend is seriously suffering from hydrocele/ Scrotal swelling, from past 2-years his age is 23-years. All the time he is having pain He couldn't able to walk/run properly and all the time he need to wear underwear while sleeping also. Due to fear & shyness he did not approach to doctors.
