I talk very loudly though I don't feel so. It gives people feeling as if I am shouting or fighting. I have mild hearing loss. Is it related.

Yes, it can happen because of mild hearing loss. When you don't get enough feedback of you own voice, you tend to increase loudness. Consult an ENT to know the cause of mild hearing loss, if treatable get rid of it.
