Hello- Ye sabhi dikkatein Pitta dosha ki wajah se hai. Khane pine mai mirch masala band karein, dahi aur patta sabji band karein, rat ko der tak na jagein, tatha bahar k fast food ka sewan na karein. Khane mai dudh, ghee aur mithi chize faydemand hongi. Inke sath sath Ashokaristha ka prayoga khane k bad karein, apki friend k periods normal ho jaenge aur baki dikkatein bhi theek ho jaengi.
