Amblyopia or Lazy eye occurs because the quality of image in one eye was not good during the phase of visual development in the first 10 years of life. Treatment hence is possible in first 10 years of life and in some cases upto 18-20 years. Hence in terms of visual gain, nothing much may be possible. Since you have high computer usage follow instructions to prevent computer vision syndrome, 20-20-20 rule and palming. Also, some of the eye disease run in the family. Will strongly recommend a routine eye evaluation for all children in your family to detect and timely treat refractive error or squint if present.
