Few days ago I went to washroom and there was blood coming from my anus before pooping and later on its paining like hell. Hello lybrate-user. It seems from you r symptoms that you are having a anal fissure. Which is like an wound in the anus, probably due to very hard stools and straining. Its better for you to avoid eating food items like roti or chapathi and have lots of rice and vegetables, do not strain while passing stools and you can get some stool softeners in the medical store. Make sure you r passing soft stools and when it pains sitting in warm water really helps in easing pain. Try this for a weeek if ot does not subside you might have to go see a doctor.
