I have my little bro 5 years of age we noticed yesterday that in his scrotum only one testis is present .he has only one testis. What should we do in that case Is it cyrptochiadiasm please tell what to follow.

Hello- There are two possible pathological issues. Either one scrotum is absent by birth, or the scrotum/testis is in undescended position (undescended testis). Go for a pelvic ultrasound as the later is curable with the help of medications and will get worsen if not treated early.
