I have a problem in my toe, as the nails grow a wound is formed at the notches, as nails are the corner get grooved into my skin, and I am not able to cut that nail and as a result wound appears and I have to face many problems, due to such problem I haven't wore shoes from a year, I also took a operation in which my nails from both the toe were removed and when the nails came back I have to face the same. please help.
