Actually I had groin pain and testicular pain I checked to doctor he took scan and gave me one tablet Now after one day having that tablet my right ball is big than left Feeling pain in it So pls help me.

One testicle is often slightly larger than the other. This is usually normal and nothing to worry about. However, if you notice that one testicle has enlarged you should ask your doctor to check it. The left testicle usually hangs lower than the righ if you feeling pain then you should go again to the doctor.
