The black dots you see are called floaters and a real a normal part of your eyes. They have no treatment- you look at what you want to see and they will disappear. You worry about them only when their numbers increase suddenly or they are associated with flashes of light. U may see better with change in glasses. Would suggest you also record your keratometry readings ie corneal curvature.

A single floater in vision is usually not a serious problem but would suggest one to undergo detailed retinal examination to be sure. Detailed retinal examination usually requires dilation of pupil using medication and one can make out exact power of glasses during the same.
