My cousin have been diagnosed with chikungunya. What food can he eat? He is already on a liquid diet but wants to eat something good? Can he eat fried and spicy food?

Chikangunya patients if not having vomiting or its sensation can have any simple, easily digestible and nutritious food. But assure plenty of liquid intake even plain water. Bed rest is must. It is better to avoid spicy and fried food because some new health upset will further add to sickness.
