Dear doctor Whenever I sleep in my left I don't have any issue. But at the same time if I sleep in my right side I am facing breathing trouble. What is the reason for this? Is there any medication or exercise for this please?

You are probably suffering from GERD. When you sleep on right side acid from your stomach creeps up to your esophagus throat and vocal cords causing swelling of the passage and breathlessness. But when you sleep on left the anatomy of stomach and gravity keeps the acids in place. To avoid this keep a gap of 2 hr between food and sleep. Drink less water with food. Take antacids like digene syrup after food. Raise the head end of your bed. You can also take prokinetics like domstal.
