I found that I have three testicle and I think the two are normal and third one disappears when my penis is copulate and again appears when my penis is in normal condition.

Hello- There is no such things like three testicles, you might have misinterpret your enlarged Seminiferous tubule with the third testis which disappears at the time of erection. It is normal you have nothing to worry.
