Doctor which soap is best for all skin types especially for face?

Hello, Lybrate user, only applying soap can't suffice your need. U need to follow the underlying tips to keep your face glowing.
It so happens due to irregular life style, insomnia.junk food, stress,anxiety but taking d natural recourse will ,carry away the tresses making your skin sebum free and soothing.
No cream can moisturise nor repair your skin to get your complexion, fairer.
* Tk, plenty of water free from contaminants to eliminate toxins &'regulate your metabolism to absorb protein, vitamins, minerals, energy & other important substance, essential to upkeep ,repair & energise the body, hydrating your skin.
* Go, for meditation to reduce your stress and to nourish your cells, tissues and whole body to allow your skin to b fresh, non oily & glowing.
* Tk your meal easily digestible, non-oily, non-irritant, simple,on time.
* Tk, apples,cheese, carrots,papaya, rajama,soyabeen, spinach,almond, walnuts to enjoy wellness. Tk homoe medicines:
@ Berb. Aqua Q-10 drops, thrice with little water.
* ensure sound sleep at least for 7/8 hrs in d night.

When you buy a soap, read it's composition. It should contain > 75% TFM.
The soap should not leave oiliness on your face or body as Dove leaves.
It should not make your skin very dry.
It should also not leave glycerine on your skin which later makes whiteness on drying. Dove is good for dry skin.
Soap should not have more caustic in them and be irritant to your skin.
Mild and routine soaps like Lux, Rexona, Liril, Hamaam all are good. Lifebuoy is good for hand wash.
Dettol may also be used for hand washing but not for bathing.
Never use medicated soaps as they may be irritant, may expose skin to unnecessary chemical and may also cause allergy.
Best soap is Cetrim soap. It contains more than 80% TFM and also contains cetrimide (a constituent of savlon). Cetrimide is very benign non irritant material that kills gram positive bacteria.
Cetrim soap gives very soft and pleasing foam with very mild and sweet fragrance and feels like sponge.
It is cosly (55-60 rupeee per tikiya) but runs quite long.
Try it and feel it and if feel like it, continue.
