You require professional cleaning of yopur teeth along with use of mouthwash over the next few weeks. Quitting the habit alone is not the cure. Its good if you quit smoking, also check about proper brushing method ass brushing with heavy pressure coulod lead to bleeding. So go for proper consultation and plan accordingly.
Dear user, pehle toh aap smoke karna band kardo bilkul kyunki smoking se apke masuhde kamzor ho rahe hain jis wajah se apke thuk se khoon nikalta hai. Bidi, pan jaisa kuch bhi mat lena na hi tabacu khana. Paani zyada peena shuru krdo aur roz din mein 4-5 baar garam paani mein aadha spoon salt daal k rinses kiya karo. Brush soft use karo hard nahi.(Agar aur koi problem hai ya agar medicine leni hai proper iss problem ki toh mujhe privately consult karo, apki problem solve ki jaegi ache se) Take care. I hope apki problem theek ho inn solutions se.

The blood in your spit is actually coming for your gums. Bleeding gums are due to accumulation of food debris, which is a result of inadequate maintenance of oral hygiene. I suggest that you get thorough professional cleaning/scaling done from a dentist, and use antibacterial mouthwashes thereafter. Following all these measures will solve your problem. Hope that helps.
Blood in saliva is a result of bleeding from gums. see if there is any redness with your gums, or any yellow or black colored deposits with your teeth. these deposits need to be cleaaned
