I am 65 years old working as a Manager in bank. 1.eye sight faint looking started. Spect No. 2.75 for both eyes for last 2 yrs. 2.Back lumbar and knee pains for last 2 yrs. All types of medical treatments done, exercise continued but not completely recovered.

Faint sight at your age, with same spectacle power for last two years, could be due to development of cataract. This is the commonest cause. However, there could be other causes as well. You will need to get a complete eye evaluation, called comprehensive eye check-up, with an ophthalmologist. If it is simple early cataract, a change in spectacles can help you, at least for several months. Otherwise, you may need cataract surgery.
