kindly take avipattikara chruna, 1/2 tsf in half a glass of warm water, twice a day. Take arogyawardhini vati, 2 tabs twice a day, after meals with lodhrasava, 3 tsf in half a glass of warm water after meals. Take triphala powder, 1 tsf in half a glass of warm water at bed time regularly. Cut down sugar and salt in your diet. Stop fried food, spicy food, curd, cold water in your routine. Continue the regime for 1 month. Good luck
