Hi, I am 28 years old and I have my right eye lazy eye how can it be cured?

Lazy eye or amblyopia develops when in early childhood eye does not get enough stimulation to see or in other words underused. It is generally seen when a child has uncorrected crossed (squinting) eyes or uncorrected high spectacle power. Unfortunately eyesight can not be improved in your case as vision in a lazy eye can be restored only till 8-10 years of age but cosmetic improvement is possible with surgery if your eyes appear to deviate (squint). You should have following examination-
1) refraction - checking proper spectacle power of your eyes.
2) retinal exam to rule out any retinal disease.
3) squint evaluation if your eyes appear to deviate.
