My nails are usually separate from nail bed. Again reproduce the nail and separate from the nail bed since last year. Please advise me on the issue.

It seems to be fungal infection of nails fungal infection may need accurate diagnosis and require long treatment in form of ointment and anti fungal tablets and for diagnosis microscopic examination of scraping may required send me picture of your lesion than I can guide you further.
