conceiving achild is like planting a tree.the soil has to be good to plant a seed,Your body has to bbe in optimum condition for you to conceive. Build up your haemoglobin to 12 .eat plenty of green veggies beetroot ,,jaggery etc along with iron supplements. You may not have much problem in conceiving but anaemia will worsen during pregnancy and cause complications.
