Pregnancy is possible only when you ovulate from Left Ovary . Do try active fertility treatment maximizing chances with ovarian stimulation , if no success better to resort to IVF

Hsg has to be done to know the patency of left tube. If the left tube is patent take treatment from gynaecologist to maximise fertility. It may take longer but you will coceive. If the left tube isn't patent go for ivf straight away as other treatment will not work.
