Your height mainly depends on your genes and it grows only till a certain age. However, it is advised that you take high protein diet i. E. Soya, sprouts, dal, milk, paneer, egg, meat, etc. Do stretching exercises daily. Do not take any medicines as they have no effect on your height, rather it may cause defect in some body parts.
