I am 22 year old male and I am Tachophobic (fear of speed) and this fear effects my normal life, So please suggest me how to overcome this fear and lead a happy life.

This fear is called phobia. You can control this phobia. Start the bike with minimum. That will continue automatically. If you start initially high speed later it will continue like that. Practice minimum speed always for 21 days. Later it will become your attitude. Always try to go minimum speed. When ever you are driving concentrate on driving. Maintain minimum speed. Do not cross the roads with speed. Your crossing speedly later thinking about that. Anything happened to me. Relaxed driving always best. Do not confused. Better to start early time. Start practicing minimum speed. Once you go slowly it will give much satisfaction. You do not have negative thoughts also. Change your behaviour. Do not imitate others and do not think others are what thinking about to me. Practice slow driving it is always best. Ok best of luck.
