I have started penis workout recently as because I am felling that I am not satisfied about my size. My penis workout routine is as follows: Stretching and Squeezing: Mon, Wed and Fri Jelqing (min. 100 strokes): Tue, Thurs and Sat Kegel: Everyday Please tell me can I achieve a bigger penis by doing the following exercises. My diets are simple Indian veg and non- veg. Currently, my penis size is 16 cm of length (when erect). I am 23 years of age. Hoping for your kind and immediate response.
