if you are sitting continuously for long duration, there could be swelling on the legs. when you sit keep the legs raised, that is keep them on a chair or such height. it could only be simple problem as you are young. keeping bluish spots on the fingers get your blood tested for complete blood picture and see the haemoglobin levels and get urine tested for albumin and sugar including pus cells, any abnormality come back again
