Hi doctor. I am 21 years old. Gender:female. I wanted to ask you can I do more skipping at this age. It will not harm uterus? Is its safe. And also can I grow my height at this age?

You can surely do more of skipping or any other physical work out, don't worry it won't harm you uterus anyway, unless you are diagnosed with prolapse. So just don't worry and carry out your skipping. And about the height, it is controlled by hormones and genetic makeup. Just carry out sports be fit and healthy. Proper exercising can gain you bit of increased height.
