Hi sir/ma'am, I'm a 22 year male and I believe I have what is called phimosis. I seriously don't want to go for the last option of a surgery. I can pull back the skin to the extent where almost the tip is clearly visible (not the full head though). Please advise if there are any proven safe creams od medicinal ointments or exercises I can implement. Thanks a ton in advance. Would mean the world to me.
